It’s our biggest celebration of the season, with more than 150 of the Depot’s most loyal and enthusiastic supporters. Sponsor the evening’s music, cocktail hour, table wine, staff, and more. All Gala Sponsors receive on-site signage, a personal ‘thank you’ at the event, credit in the evening’s program, along with 2 complimentary tickets to the Gala.
OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION SPONSOR

We enjoy the opening of each mainstage production with a festive and intimate reception following the evening’s performance. The Depot is proud to make itself accessible to all members of our North Country community. One way we ensure that is through Name-Your-Own-Price-Night on the first Monday of each production. Benefits include mention during the NYOP Night’s curtain speech, listing in playbill, and on-location signage.
BACKSTAGE SPONSOR
$250 (one available per artist)
Our Depot Family includes professional artists from all of the country. Sponsor a director, playwright, stage manager, or actor. Benefits include listing in playbill & invitation for two to final dress rehearsal of participating production.
HOSPITALITY SPONSOR
Free!
Two to five representatives of your organization serve as hospitality volunteers for a single performance. Your representatives will assist front-of-house staff by handing out programs and selling raffle tickets prior to the start of the show and by working at our concessions stand during intermission. Your organization receives signage at the box office window and the concession stand in addition to a mention during the curtain speech at your sponsored performance. Plus your provided volunteers all get to see the performance free of charge. You'll want to reserve one for all four shows in the season!
