If I could wish the supporters of the Depot Theatre anything, it would be that they could enjoy the type of beautiful weather we had this past weekend, whenever they are here with us in Westport. I had some lucky friends visit over Memorial Day Weekend (our first out-of-town guests!) who really got to see Westport and the gorgoeus North Country at its best.
Before I get started on this week's blog, let me give a great big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our kick-off Bingo event (& a thank you to our awesome Board who put it all together!). It was a lot of fun and people left with great cash payouts and fabulous prizes.
Aside from working on all of the incredible things coming up at the Depot Theatre - some soon (Soup & A Play Reading on Sunday, April 29! Kick-off Bingo on Saturday, May 5!) and some less soon (Rummage Sale over Memorial Day Weekend! Opening Night on June 22!), it hasn't been difficult to keep busy and entertained in my off-Depot Theatre hours.
